Last fall I hired Reliable Landscaping to do some much needed pruning of about 30 trees and shrubs in my yard. First of all, Richard McCormick came out to my house on a Saturday afternoon to give me an estimate shortly after I called him. Then he walked around my yard with me, making notes and advising me on what pruning shape would be the best for each of the trees. His intelligence and knowledge about his profession were immediately obvious. We set a date for the work to be done, and when I came home from work on that evening, the yard looked great! He and his crew had done the pruning and they had removed all of the debris. No detail was overlooked. I really believe that Richard treats each job as if he is working in his own yard! Now that it is almost spring, I have hired him to do some landscaping for me, and I can't wait to see the results!

Great Experience with Irrigation System. Just had an irrigation system installed by Richard McCormick and Reliable Lawn Care in Hendersonville. The work was begun promptly after the separate water meter was installed (which the homeowner is responsible for lining up directly with the utility district) and the system was installed quickly by workers who put in full days and appeared to have a lot of experience. Mr. McCormick is customer- and service-oriented, and quickly handled the only real problem on the job, which was a cut of our Comcast line caused by the failure of Tennessee One Call to mark the area of the cable with paint. He also explained carefully the operation of the system and provided us with the manufacturer's manual and advice on how best to minimize water waste. The price was competitive with other quotes we obtained.
